We have two different types of books for sale. If you want the physical copy, go by the physical price and send payment to Roberta Toby. 

If you want the digital copy, which includes that particular book burned to a CD-R, mail payment to Bill Piper. If a digital copy is not available, it will be listed as N/A in the price list below.

Shipping for physical books is $7 for first book, $4 per additional book. 

Shipping for digital copies is $4 for up to 5 CDs, more than 5 copies, shipping will be $5.
