In it's current form, the CCHGS started on April 1, 1974 and has been active in the county ever since then. At the present, we have a research library at 310 Oak Hill Circle in English, IN, and we operate the Proctor House in Marengo, IN. We serve the community and are supported via donations and book sales. We are a non-profit organization.
